Meet the Chef : Chef Allison Warrington

Our award winning Chef Allison is at the heart of everything our kitchen puts out. Chef Allison graduated from the esteemed Le Cordon Blue in 2011 and from there moved into fine dining experiences, perfecting her culinary craft. From fine dining in Napa Valley to upscale restaurants in her home state of Washington, Allison displayed her unique culinary skills while improving her knowledge of gastronomy to become one of the best.  
 
Chef Allison moved into a sous chef role at Facebook in Seattle for 7 years before joining Aramark as a chef manager in 2023. In 2023, Allison won gold in Aramark's premiere chef competition, ACE at Regionals and Bronze at ACE Nationals. Allison also beat out all the competition in the Chef Battle for the West - another Aramark chef competition to take home the championship belt for 2023-2024. 
 
Allison always loved seeing the different meals her family would prepare for different occasions and was always interested in learning how they were made. At a young age, she started cooking with her dad and realized she really enjoyed it. The phrase “Do what you love” always rang true for Allison, which prompted her to pursue her culinary career and follow her passion.

    Designed for maximum ease and flexibility, the Drop‑Off Menu offers ready‑to‑serve meals delivered directly to your location. Ideal for working lunches, informal meetups, or situations where quick service is essential, this menu provides both packaged meals and buffet‑style selections, all with minimal setup required.

Ready To Order For An Event?

Please submit orders at least 14 business days in advance to ensure availability. While we try to accommodate last-minute requests, preferred menu options may not be guaranteed without sufficient notice.

Requesting a Catering Waiver (Dining Exemption)

When and How to Request an Exception to the Catering Policy, Read Below!

  • Policy Requirement

    UW Bothell Dining requires that all on‑campus catering be ordered through Bothell Dining unless an event meets one of the approved exceptions outlined in the university’s catering policy. Events seeking an exception must submit a Catering Waiver (Food Waiver) Request at least 30 working days (six weeks) before the event date.

  • How To Submit A Wavier & Required Forms

    To request a waiver, download and complete the Food Waiver Request Form and email it to the Bothell Dining General Manager or chavez-christina4@aramark.com. Bothell Dining will review your request and provide a response within five business days after the waiver process has been initiated. Click on the link at the top of the box to access the form.
