Revolve is our newest dynamic, rotating food concept that keeps campus dining fresh by showcasing three globally inspired menus on a rotating basis. Based as an alternative dining station, Revolve, will be running three familiar rotations.
Starting with Chopsticks, a modern take on Chinese stir-fry, featuring bowls with rice and noodles with bold sauces for exciting flavors.
In week 2, Revolve will serve Fresh Ginger, a concept focused on Southeast Asian fare. With a variety of flavors from sweet chili, curries, and customizable spice, this concept will satisfy your tastebuds.
Our third concept will be Republic of Spice. This rotation features Indian-inspired dishes with rich spices, fragrant rice, and flavorful curries. Also featuring many vegetarian options.
